All the Trustees are good educationist and philanthropists and share among themselves rich business and institutional experience. The Trust Deed has provision to appoint people to the Trust Board from among the general public who have an inherent talent and interest in teaching and charity work to the Trust Board

The Trust was originally created by late Thiru Marappan, a staunch educationalist and social activist. He was very active in social activities and had a natural talent in teaching and belongs to a family which is rendering relentless service to the humanity by undertaking various charitable services. He was a visionary and philanthropist. It was his dream to set up good educational institutions for the benefit of general public in Tiruppattur.

During the FY 2017-18, all the existing Trustees resigned from the college paving the way of inducting new Trustees with clear vision and ideas to manage and run the college set up by the Trust which was not having sufficient number of students due to lack of better infrastructure and experienced faculty. Above mentioned new trustees were appointed to the Trust and the new Trustees working hard and brought funds to create better infrastructure for the college and is in the process of recruiting new faculties for the college. After joining as Trustees the new board worked relentlessly for the betterment of the college. New website for the college has been created. The college campus was fully covered with compound wall and pending building construction work was completed.

For the first time, the new Trustees conducted convocation in which about more than 1,000 Students received their degrees. The Controller of Examination of Thiruvalluvar University attended as chief guest and awarded the degrees to the passed out students.
